Hands-on Training

Carolyn Friedman has worked in orthodontic for over 30 years-most of which has been with the same orthodontist. She has functioned in all areas of the orthodontic practice. For the past 18 years, she has worked as Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator. I am personally involved in every phase of each training class.
Day 1
Terms–information & illustration; Tooth Identification–numbering, names; Surfaces of the Teeth; Bite Classifications; Records–Panex, Ceph, models, photos, imaging, impressions; Banding Procedures–explanations; Bonding Procedures–explanations; Arch Wires–types and uses.
Day 2
Includes Hands-on exercises: Fitting Bands; Tying in Arch Wires and Elastic Ligitures; Bonding Procedures; Rubber Bands–types and uses; Headgears–types and uses; Removable Appliances; Fixed Appliances.
